Fitness and Nutrition
SailFit provides fitness and nutrition programs for sailors working to improve their performance. We teach you how to use fitness and nutrition to your advantage to stay energized and go faster! Although SailFit recognizes the important balance between sailing and fitness, our services are there to help anyone wishing to embark on a healthier lifestyle. Meka Taulbee is certified by the American Council on Exercise since 2001 and holds an accredited certification as a sports nutritionist. Seminars and Coaching
SailFit Seminars teach you all the sailing and fitness secrets to perform at your best! Private group clinics and one on one lessons are available here in Clearwater or at your location. Regatta coaching is also available. SailFit specializes in Laser, Sunfish and other dinghy sailboats. Check out our Calendar for upcoming events orto set up some training for you or your group. Team SailFit
SailFit runs a Youth Laser Team that is dedicated to racing improvement. The team practices each week and travels to local regattas throughout the year.
Home School Fun Sail
SailFit runs Fun Sail days where guests can take a sailboat ride and see what sailing is all about. Paddle boarding and Kayaking round out a great day on the water in a great location.Contact Us for all the details.
