Meka Taulbee combines her degree in Advanced Holistic Nutrition, a  certification in Sports Nutrition Consulting,  a certification in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University and a certification in Personal Taining, to provides health and fitness counseling with plant based nutrition. Food can be our best medicine or the worst poison. Meka’s focus on healing our bodies and preventing injury and disease through proper food choices and fitness, is one that she whole heartedly believes in. She leads by example. She is a runner and her family is vegan, gluten, soy, sugar and additive free.
